In Ireland we were busy seeking the next steps for our partnership, particularly as to how this can be carried beyond preparing the curriculum of learning materials into the implementation phase. It was decided that
The Essential Elements of the Transition to Resilience Training are:

Be able to understand natural systems and complexity and how we can learn from them

Understand the world, and problems and solutions in terms of the dynamics of a system
