MODULE THREE. Embracing Diversity – Building the Fellowship:

Participants learn how they can integrate and embrace their inner diversity, and how they project onto those around them. What roles do they take in a group? How do they work with the balance between individuality and collective, deepening their personal practice.  Welcoming conflict and learning how we can work with it fruitfully, whilst practising how to use feedback for positive growth is important here. What different decision making processes are there that accept and embracing diversity, embracing gender differences and deepening understanding of rank and power in group situations.

Key Themes

I. Breaking open the shell: Who am I in a group? My inner diversity; the nature of projection, what roles do I take in a group? The relationship between I and We. Seeing the healthy use of feedback, the other as a mirror. Deepening personal practice. Shadow work.

We. Welcoming conflict, decision making, need for diversity, gender work, understanding rank and power

World.  Evolution of Society, Stories of empire and colonialism, World Café to invite larger world, Spiral Dynamics (Tools)
