Participants identify their strengths and weaknesses. What are their hope and fears, on the physical, economic, emotional, mental and spiritual levels, whilst building personal resilience. Where does each person stand? What do they want to commit to? What qualities do they want to develop? What strengths and weaknesses does their project team have, and what training assistance do they require? They prepare themselves for the journey towards realising their projects.
